By downloading, installing, or using Buddho Timer ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.
2. Purpose & Use of the Application
Buddho Timer is provided as a mindful utility for personal meditation timing, breathwork pacing, and relaxation:
- Personal Use: The Application is intended for personal, non-commercial use.
- No Medical Claims: Buddho Timer is a meditation and relaxation aid. It is not a medical device, medical service, or healthcare diagnostic tool. It should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
3. Local Storage & Data Ownership
All data generated by the Application is stored locally on your device:
- You maintain sole responsibility for preserving and exporting your personal meditation logs and configurations.
- We do not operate remote servers, cloud databases, or customer accounts, and cannot restore locally deleted data.
4. Intellectual Property & License
The Application design, graphic assets, logos, and custom audio assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application on your Android devices.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers disclaim all warranties regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developers and contributors of Buddho Timer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Application.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated Effective Date.
